Canadian imports Stars set foot on our stage six times before "Ageless Beauty", the band's breakthrough 2004 single, reached the ears of their now broad fan base. Since then, several of the bands songs have been featured on such television shows such as The O.C. and Degrassi: The Next Generation. Members Torquil Campbell, Evan Cranley, and Amy Millan are also members of fellow Schubas Hall-of-Famers Broken Social Scene. Campbell is also an actor, appearing in Sex and the City and Law & Order among others. The band has also been nominated for two Juno awards for Alternative Album of the Year, once in 2004 for Heart and again in 2005 for Set Yourself on Fire.
