Join Schubas Harmony Grill & Chicago Foodies for an exclusive opportunity, the "Brewmaster's Dinner." Goose Island Brewmaster Brett Porter will guide guests through a five-course pairing, and introduce Goose Island’s newest beer, Black Mission, to the Fulton & Wood line.
For the next year, Goose Island is embarking on an ambitious project. Every couple of months, it will release a new one-off beer created by a small team of free-thinking Goose Island brewers. Black Mission, June’s addition to the Fulton & Wood line, is a Belgian Tripel brewed with Black Mission Figs.
Harmony Grill chefs Matt Hogan and Alberto Garcia aim to showcase Goose Island’s product line with a menu focusing on a Southern-American, home-cooked feel. Foodies and beer fanatics alike will be privy to a glimpse into the inner workings of one of the country’s most innovative and award-winning breweries.
